Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Radikal Solutions product or service. By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
1. About Radikal Solutions
Radikal Solutions is a South African technology company based in Tshwane, Gauteng. Our mission is to democratize digitization — making powerful, affordable digital tools accessible to everyday South Africans.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Accounts are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
findME — Product Terms
Covert Personal Safety App — Android
Description
findME is a personal safety application that allows registered users to send their real-time GPS location and a customisable SOS message to pre-configured emergency contacts via SMS and push notification. The app is designed to operate discreetly, with a disguised calculator interface and a hardware trigger (5-second volume-button hold).
⚠️ findME is a supplementary safety tool, not a substitute for emergency services. In any life-threatening situation, call 10111 (SAPS) or 10177 (EMS) immediately.

Billing
- All subscriptions are billed monthly through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's billing terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Google Play account settings.
- We do not handle your payment card details. All billing disputes must be raised with Google Play support.
Bring-A-Friend Referral
- When a valid referral code is applied at registration, the referred user may subscribe at R12/month (Individual Plan only).
- The referrer receives a one-month billing deferral once the referred friend's purchase is verified.
- Referral codes are for personal use only. Bulk distribution or abuse of codes may result in account termination.
Plan Switching
- Switch between Individual and Family plans via Dashboard → Profile Management → Manage Your Plan.
- No immediate charge: switches use DEFERRED billing — your current plan and price continue until your next billing renewal.
- 30-day cooldown: plan switches are limited to once every 30 days.
- Switching Family → Individual removes all family members. They are notified by email and their access ends at your next renewal.
- Switching Individual → Family generates a new
FAM-XXXXXinvite code immediately.
Family Plan
- The owner holds the billing subscription. Up to 4 additional members receive premium access tied to the owner's subscription.
- The owner may invite and remove members at any time.
- If the owner's subscription lapses, all family members' premium access ends simultaneously.
Account Deletion (findME)
- Delete your account in-app via Dashboard → Profile Management → Deregister Account.
- Deletion permanently removes your data from the Database. /li>
- It does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription — cancel separately in Google Play.
- Deletion is irreversible.
Refunds (findME)
All refund requests must be submitted to Google Play within their applicable refund window. We do not issue independent refunds except where required by the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

3. Acceptable Use (All Products)
You agree not to use any Radikal Solutions product to:
- Trigger false or malicious alerts.
- Harass, stalk, or track individuals without their consent.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Violate any applicable South African law, including the ECT Act, POPIA, or the Cybercrimes Act.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of this section.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
⚠️ Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, SMS delivery, or GPS accuracy at all times. Network outages, device battery states, or third-party service failures may prevent alerts from reaching their destination.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Radikal Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radikal Solutions and its employees, directors, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use any of our products, including personal injury or harm resulting from a failed or delayed SOS alert. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, source code, and intellectual property belonging to Radikal Solutions products and this website are the exclusive property of Radikal Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Modifications to Products & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify active subscribers via email before material changes that affect paid features. We will notify you of changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court (or the Magistrate's Court of appropriate jurisdiction).
